THE WORK

+ Work on the Software License Acquisition team to coordinate the purchasing and renewals of software licenses.

+ Prepare necessary internal documents including purchase requests and business cases to support these purchases.

+ Contact business users to discuss the necessity of these licenses and determine the quantities needed moving forward.

+ Work with vendors to obtain quotes based on these needs.

+ Recommend co-terming purchases where possible.

+ Enter the completed purchases both in Ariba and Service Now SAMPro.

Applicant will have access to export-controlled material and must be a US person defined as a US citizen, US permanent resident, or has achieved refugee status or been granted asylum in the US.

Basic Qualifications:

+ A minimum of 1 year experience with Ariba and Service Now SAMPro

+ Analytical skills comparing purchasing options needed

+ High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with SAMPro

+ Work in software asset management including understanding of software entitlements and software utilization

+ Bachelors or Associates degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
