THE WORK

1. Work on the Software License Acquisition team to coordinate the purchasing and renewals of software licenses.
2. Prepare necessary internal documents including purchase requests and business cases to support these purchases.
3. Contact business users to discuss the necessity of these licenses and determine the quantities needed moving forward.
4. Work with vendors to obtain quotes based on these needs.
5. Recommend co-terming purchases where possible.
6. Enter the completed purchases both in Ariba and Service Now SAMPro.

Applicant will have access to export-controlled material and must be a US person defined as a US citizen, US permanent resident, or has achieved refugee status or been granted asylum in the US.

Basic Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1 year experience with Ariba and Service Now SAMPro
2. Analytical skills comparing purchasing options needed
3. High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with SAMPro
2. Work in software asset management including understanding of software entitlements and software utilization
3. Bachelors or Associates degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below. • California: $49.61 to 59.61/hr.
• Colorado: $49.61 to 59.61/hr.

• Maryland: $49.61 to 59.61/hr.
