RTX is offering a two-year Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) in software disciplines at its US sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM major.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotational assignments across various U.S. locations.
• Execute core engineering milestones within program tracks including software development and documentation.
• Take ownership of frontline development deliverables and codebases.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, and program management to define software requirements.
