Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Florida is seeking engineering leaders for the Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP). This three-year rotation develops software engineers by exposing them to multiple program types, business units, and locations while pairing you with a mentor.

Participants gain access to education assistance, cross-functional engagement, and hands-on experience across the software life cycle, from requirements through testing, with opportunities to relocate every 12 months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's in a related field.
• Willingness to relocate every 12 months for 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Apply CS and engineering concepts to software for target applications.
• Collaborate across teams to define interfaces between hardware and software.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC for embedded real-time software.
• Develop test procedures, software programs, and related documentation.
• Use modeling tools to establish operating data and analyze results.
• Engage in peer reviews and track defects throughout development.
