Job summary

RTX Corporation offers a rotational leadership development program designed to accelerate your career across the enterprise. You will undertake multiple 8-month assignments at various U.S. locations, gaining hands-on experience in operations, manufacturing, and supply chain while receiving mentoring and leadership training.

You will also participate in formal development cohorts and be prepared to make a lasting impact on RTX's global operations and supply chain organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or STEM major.
• Willing to relocate to RTX locations for 8-month assignments across the U.S.
• Experience using data analytics/visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or MATLAB).
• Experience presenting data to stakeholders or holding a leadership/coordinator role in projects.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, or Value Stream Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Complete multiple rotational assignments across U.S. locations.
• Perform core duties in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, or Materials Management.
• Support production, procurement, or planning activities in identified roles.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to drive continuous improvement and supply chain resiliency.
• Lead projects and mentor teams, while engaging in leadership training.
