Job summary

AssetWorks is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead software implementation initiatives within the PMO. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage client expectations, and coordinate across Professional Services, Development, and QA to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

The role emphasizes strong business analysis and communication skills, with travel up to 10% and a fast-paced, client-focused environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in software implementation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and update project plans to meet SOW requirements.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, scope, schedule, and resources.
• Lead project status meetings and provide clear progress reports.
• Track risks and coordinate change requests and billing milestones.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
