Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Program Manager to oversee end-to-end project and implementation efforts in the U.S. New York area. You will define scope, craft detailed plans, marshal internal and external resources, and drive on-time, high-quality delivery for clients.

You will generate weekly reports, run steering committees with senior client executives, and ensure smooth transition to steady-state servicing. A strong background in financial services and SaaS is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience.
• Proven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance space.
• Consulting experience in financial services or SaaS delivery is preferred.
• Securities or financial markets experience enhances understanding of client needs.
• PMP/CPA/CFA certification is a plus for leadership and governance.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and finalizes project/implementation scope.
• Develops detailed implementation plans with internal, client and third-party resources.
• Manages and coordinates resources to ensure timely, quality implementations per plan.
• Generates weekly status reports and leads status meetings with client and project team.
• Schedules steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater executives.
• Manages and reports on budget for implementations and continuous service improvements.
