Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. in Troy, Michigan is seeking a Project Manager to lead Tyler software implementations for new and existing accounts, from contract signature through a formal transition to CSAM and Support Teams.

You will develop project plans, coordinate resources, track milestones, manage scope and costs, and maintain clear client communications to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of implementation project management experience.
• Experience in Public Safety domain and/or public safety software.
• Pursuing PMP certification and plan to achieve certification.
• Software life cycle and enterprise software knowledge.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; able to follow through to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop the implementation project plan and kickoff meetings with clients and staff.
• Align with sales on contract requirements and background information.
• Manage all aspects of software/service delivery, including resources, planning, and budget.
• Guide clients through release planning and project scheduling milestones.
• Track hours and submit monthly status reports; monitor revenue recognition.
• Communicate progress, risks and issues to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
• Manage project scope, time, cost, and quality to meet commitments.
• Maintain project plans and publish key dates and issues for the team.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
