Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Tyler software for new and existing accounts in Troy, Michigan. You will drive the project from contract signing through a formal transition to CSAM and Support Teams, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires coordinating with sales, managing scope, schedule, and costs, and communicating with clients and internal teams to secure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of implementation/project management experience.
• Experience in Public Safety domain or Public Safety software is a plus.
• Pursuing PMP certification and maintaining status after certification.
• Strong planning, organizational, and follow-through abilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Project tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop the implementation project plan and kick-off meetings with clients and staff.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand contract requirements and site-specific information.
• Manage delivery of client software and services, including resources, schedule and budget.
• Track hours, report monthly status, and ensure revenue recognition is reviewed.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction and project success.
