Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive GTM strategy and planning for its Digital Services software portfolio. You will connect strategy to execution, shape go-to-market plans, and drive planning rigor across Product, Sales, Marketing and Finance in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will own annual planning, QBRs, and KPIs for ARR/GRR/NRR, guiding cross-functional teams globally while accelerating platform-led growth and recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Experience forecasting, financial modeling, and cross-functional planning.
• Experience with SaaS, platform, or digital services.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable GTM execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM planning cadence (annual planning, QBRs) with alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Translate strategy into GTM plans, pipeline assumptions, and coverage models.
• Drive software growth planning, including ARR, GRR, NRR and subscription strategies.
• Define and track GTM KPIs and report performance drivers.
• Align cross-functional teams on targets, priorities, and execution across global markets.
• Ensure launch readiness with strong enablement and market adoption.
• Generate actionable insights from performance, pipeline, and market signals.
• Identify risks and opportunities; drive corrective actions to accelerate growth.
• Strengthen planning governance and improve forecast accuracy.
