Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or advanced degrees with related experience.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills for managing software teams.
• Experience providing technical leadership of software systems.
• Strong understanding of all software development aspects.
• Mentoring skills and effective two-way communication.
• Knowledge of standard software engineering processes.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.
