Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a senior software engineering manager to lead a team of 8–10 engineers across multiple programs. You will conduct staffing, performance reviews, and developer mentoring while ensuring a high-quality software lifecycle and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other STEM, 5 years experience (or Master’s with 3, PhD with 0)
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience leading software systems development and mentoring
