Job summary

PwC seeks a senior Program Manager in our Advisory practice to lead software and product innovation initiatives within the Scaled Engineering Services group. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end technology initiatives, and drive disciplined project planning and stakeholder communication.

You will mentor teams, apply ATDD/CI/CD, and leverage AI and emerging technologies while maintaining integrity and client focus. A PMP/CSM/PRINCE2 background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with substantial engineering program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee software project planning activities, develop project plans, and manage the full project lifecycle.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges while confirming alignment with client needs and managed services objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features, analyze processes, and identify tech-enabled improvements.
• Oversee development and integration of enterprise applications using Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.
• Demonstrate experience with Java, Python, SQL, .NET, and C# to develop scalable software solutions.
• Mentor junior staff to strengthen team capabilities and promote innovative technologies.
• Support engagement team management by addressing feedback and driving continuous improvement.
