The role supports onsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangements with occasional travel to East Lansing, MI as described, and requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 3 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of programming languages and web technologies; experience with SQL.
• Experience leading a team of software engineers and delivering enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers; hire and coach talent.
• Define development standards and security requirements for enterprise software.
• Collaborate with product management to ensure quality solutions for business units.
