Ladders is seeking a Software Engineer, Metronome Infrastructure to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role focuses on building and supporting backend infrastructure that scales reliably in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and adjacent teams to deliver user-first value, debug critical issues across services, and mentor fellow engineers while contributing to growth.

Qualifications

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 annually
