For our client, we are seeking a Backend Engineer, Core Technology to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on building and improving the internal platforms and services that power critical engineering workflows across the organization. You will partner closely with stakeholders across teams to shape priorities, enhance developer productivity, and support reliable, scalable systems. The position calls for someone who can balance hands‑on backend engineering with roadmap input, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional execution. Success in this role will help strengthen operational efficiency and the quality of the internal tools used by engineering teams.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities
