Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a software engineer to diagnose issues and maintain our enterprise solutions. You’ll work within an agile team, collaborating with product managers and engineering leaders to improve performance and deliver reliable software.

You will use AI-assisted development tools, contribute to AI agents and skills, and apply .NET/C# and SQL tuning skills in hybrid cloud environments. Experience with Azure DevOps and Visual Studio is required.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in CS or related field preferred.
• 5-9 years in software product development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and SQL performance tuning.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code or similar).
• 1+ year of technical leadership is a plus.
• 2+ years of Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and develop software solutions for PDI products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with urgency; document solutions.
• Perform engineering level tests to find defects and debug production issues.
• Contribute to AI agents, skills, and tooling to optimize development processes.
• Guide and train less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Management on feasibility and estimations.
• Escalate and prioritize customer issues with detailed status reports.
• Participate in Agile analysis and feature estimation with Product Owner.
