Qualifications

• 5–9 years in designing and developing software in a product environment.
• .NET/C# proficiency required.
• Experience with SQL performance tuning.
• Experience using Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
• 1+ year as a technical team lead preferred.
• 2+ years of Agile development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate tech to non-tech.
• Independent contributor in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop software solutions for PDI products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with thorough documentation.
• Perform engineering tests to find defects and debug production issues.
• Use AI tools and contribute to AI agents and skills.
• Guide and train less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Management on feasibility and estimates.
• Provide status updates and risk assessments to management.
• Participate in Agile analysis and feature scoping with Product Owner.
