Qualifications

• 5–9 years designing and developing software in a product environment.
• Proficiency in .NET/C# required.
• SQL performance tuning and optimization experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Visual Studio IDE.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
• 1+ year as a technical lead is preferred.
• 2+ years of Agile development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and develop software solutions for PDI products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with urgency and thorough documentation.
• Perform engineering tests to locate defects and debug production issues.
• Contribute to AI-powered tooling and develop AI agents and skills.
• Guide and train less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Management on feasibility and effort estimates.
• Provide status updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and help define optimal solutions.
• Clarify and estimate feature work with the Product Owner.
