Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a software engineering professional to join an energetic, Agile team responsible for supporting and maintaining our enterprise software solutions. You will diagnose issues, optimize performance, and collaborate with product managers, owners, and engineering leaders to deliver robust software.

With a diverse tech stack including databases, C#, and web services in hybrid cloud environments, you will help ensure quality and timely resolution of customer challenges while

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a software product development environment.
• Proficiency in C# and/or .NET and SQL.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and develop software solutions for PDI products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with urgency and thorough documentation.
• Perform engineering level tests to identify defects and debug production issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management on feasibility and high-level effort estimation.
• Provide case status and risk assessments to ensure proper escalation and prioritization.
• Contribute in an Agile environment to analyze and determine solutions to challenges.
• Clarify and estimate feature work with the Product Owner.
• Provide one week of after-hours support every 3–4 months.
