Job summary
PDI Technologies is seeking a progressive software engineer to diagnose issues, support and develop software solutions for our products. You will troubleshoot, test, and debug, while adopting AI-assisted tools to optimize processes. You will mentor teammates and collaborate with Product Management in an Agile environment.
The role emphasizes strong communication, rapid problem solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced team with hybrid work options.
Qualifications
- 5-9 years of experience designing and developing software in a product environment.
- Proficiency in .Net and C#.
- Strong SQL performance troubleshooting and tuning.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps.
- Leadership experience and Agile development familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Actively support and develop software solutions for PDI products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with urgency and document solutions.
- Perform engineering level tests to identify defects and debug production issues.
- Use AI-assisted tools and contribute to AI agents, skills, and tooling.
- Guide and train less experienced engineers; collaborate with Product Management.
