Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a software engineer to diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues while maintaining enterprise software solutions. You will work in an agile team to improve performance and reliability, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

The role requires strong C#, .NET, SQL skills, and experience with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps or Jira. A collaborative mindset and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years designing and developing software applications in a product environment.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and SQL; SDLC and Agile experience.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps or Jira, and Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and develop software solutions for PDI products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with urgency and document solutions.
• Perform engineering tests, debug production issues, and assess risks.
• Collaborate with Product Management on feasibility and effort estimation.
• Provide status updates to managers and escalate as needed.
• Contribute in an Agile environment to select optimal technical solutions.
• Clarify and estimate feature work with the Product Owner.
• Occasional after-hours support every 3-4 months.
