Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, Ohio, is seeking a software engineer to build the software that makes our DPU usable, including drivers, diagnostics, and fleet tooling.

You will develop drivers and runtime components, build diagnostics and telemetry tools, and create fleet management capabilities for automated validation. The role requires 4+ years of systems software development, strong C/C++ and Python, and BS in CS/CE; Linux kernel/driver experience is preferred.

Job description

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus - a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Build the software that makes the DPU usable: drivers, diagnostics, and fleet tooling.

• Create fleet management and telemetry tools
• Work with validation on automated coverage
• Maintain documentation and SDK components

What you’ll bring:

Pay range: $120,000 - $155,000 per year
