Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. is seeking a senior hardware program leader to drive the NeuralSync DPU program at Chillicothe from concept to production. You will own the roadmap, budget, delivery across development and manufacturing, and lead the engineering and production organization on site.

Qualifications include 10+ years in hardware programs, 5+ years in leadership, experience taking boards from NPI to production, and strong CM/supply-chain fluency. BS in EE/CE or equivalent required.

Job description

Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Lead the NeuralSync DPU program at Chillicothe end to end: hardware development, final assembly & test operations, and the validation lab that supports the campus’s ongoing expansion.

What you’ll do:

• Own program roadmap, budget, and delivery across dev and manufacturing
• Build and lead the engineering and production organization
• Own CM and supplier relationships for upstream fabrication
• Drive quality, yield, and cost targets
• Represent the program to executives, customers, and partners

What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years in hardware programs, 5+ in leadership

Pay range:

$170,000 - $210,000 per year
