Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, Ohio, seeks a senior board-level hardware designer to design and bring up high-performance DPU boards. This on-site role focuses on schematic oversight, bench bring-up, and DFM/DFT collaboration.

You’ll own layouts, run verifications, drive ECOs, and document designs. Minimum 5+ years in hardware design, with PCIe/DDR/SerDes experience and a BSEE. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus - a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Design and bring up high-performance DPU boards and modules - schematic through debug on real silicon.

Pay range:

$130,000 - $165,000 per year
