Job summary

Origami is a sales enablement platform that helps teams find and connect with ideal leads. The engineer will design, build, and maintain core features powering lead discovery, data enrichment, and sequencing workflows.

Based in the United States, this on-site role collaborates with product and sales teams, participates in code reviews, writes tests and documentation, and contributes to continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience building production web apps or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and data handling at scale.
• Knowledge of modern development practices: Git, testing, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• BS in CS or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core product features powering lead discovery.
• Implement scalable backend services and optimize third-party data integrations.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate user needs into solutions.
• Write tests, perform code reviews, and contribute to engineering tooling.
