Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a Software Engineer in Jersey City, NJ to deliver next-generation customer self-service solutions using Genesys technologies. The role emphasizes AI-driven productivity and rapid delivery, with a focus on IVR, conversational AI, and cloud-based contact centers.

The candidate should have strong experience across multiple software implementations and deep Genesys expertise. This contract position runs 9am–5pm with a bachelor’s degree as a baseline educational

Qualifications

Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to generate front-end code, reusable UI components, responsive designs, and accessibility-compliant user experiences.
Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centric designs while collaborating with product, business, and technology stakeholders.
Strong analytical and design-thinking skills with usability testing, design optimization, rapid prototyping, and iterative enhancement of digital experiences.
