Qualifications

5+ years of Genesys IVR development experience.
Strong SQL proficiency with data validation and large datasets.
Experience with AI-assisted data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support IVR, voice, and related chat solutions in a cloud environment.
Partner with business and technology teams to align solutions with objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Build and evolve AI-powered contact center capabilities including conversational voice and chat solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical logic, data mapping and reporting solutions; validate reports.
Troubleshoot data, performance, and reporting issues to maintain reliable self-service experiences.
