Sierra is building the future of AI agents powering conversations across voice, text, and apps in a primarily in-person San Francisco setting. You will contribute to the Sierra platform, connecting telecoms, messaging, and app channels to deliver reliable, scalable AI-powered customer experiences.

You’ll work on backend, infra, and frontend areas to support millions of interactions and help define how enterprises deploy AI agents across their journeys.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production software.
• 4+ years hands-on experience building production systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the multimodal AI agent platform across voice, text, and screen.
• Develop backend, infra, mobile, and web components for the Sierra ecosystem.
• Own integration with telephony stacks and contact-center platforms to route calls and messages.
