Sierra is hiring for a customer-facing AI agents engineer. You will design and ship production-grade AI agents that drive revenue and scale across industries. You’ll own the development life cycle from pilot through deployment, collaborating with enterprises and startups to deliver impactful AI solutions.

You’ll work closely with customers to gather needs, prototype new features, and help evolve Sierra's platform, balancing craft, ownership, and speed in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (professional level).
• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• Builder mindset with high agency to overcome obstacles and ship results.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
