You’ll design and implement identity, access management, and extensibility features for world-class customers, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience building production software and systems.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade platforms for large organizations.
• Strong understanding of identity, access management, and security best practices.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and working with complex customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Sierra’s enterprise platform capabilities.
• Scale Sierra’s platform to support large enterprise customers across regions and use cases.
• Uphold security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform.
