BMC Software, Inc. is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a team of 10 developers focused on infrastructure for the BMC AMI product. You will hire, mentor, assign tasks, and evaluate staff while driving modernization of installation technologies.

You will also lead the CI/CD redesign to enable a robust AWS and Kubernetes-based system, collaborating with multiple teams across QA, DevOps, and Product Management to deliver scalable results.

Qualifications

Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tooling.
