Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise workload automation, infrastructure engineering, and solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in BMC Control M Distributed and Control M SaaS (design, deployment, fine-tuning, and operations).
• Deep hands‑on experience with enterprise mainframe environments, including z/OS, Sysplex architectures, workload automation, JCL, tape management, output management, and batch processing operations.
• Proven experience leading migration and conversion projects from enterprise schedulers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments across distributed systems (Linux/Windows) and cloud platforms.
• Experience designing integrated, scalable, and high‑availability solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Control-M Distributed, Control-M for z/OS and Control-M SaaS solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Define and execute migration and conversion strategies from legacy scheduling, workload automation, and output management platforms to the Control-M platform.
• Build and maintain SOPs, automated pre-processors, and repeatable execution paths for concurrent migrations.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and define solution scope, architecture, and implementation approach.
• Review and validate Statements of Work to ensure feasibility and delivery alignment.
• Provide technical leadership throughout delivery and mentorship to delivery teams.
• Design integration between Control-M and enterprise applications, databases, and third‑party systems.
• Develop architecture documentation, migration plans, and best practice frameworks.
