Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help drive the future of our Control-M product, a leading workload automation solution. You will play a key role in advancing the infrastructure that powers Control-M, optimizing its performance and ensuring its scalability in the SaaS ecosystem. As part of our dynamic, globally distributed DevOps team, you'll enhance the reliability, efficiency, and impact of Control-M for our customers. Responsibilities

1. Support and manage AWS-based infrastructure using Terraform and Python for automation.
2. Utilize Jenkins for automating build, test, and deployment pipelines.
3. Deploy and manage Microservices in Kubernetes using Helm and Kubectl.
4. Monitor and support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and improve system stability.
5. Collaborate with DevOps Engineers and cross-functional teams to improve automation and system reliability.
6. Implement best practices in DevOps and cloud management, leveraging advanced technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of DevOps experience with expertise in deploying, managing, and optimizing systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes at scale, cloud environments (EKS), and networking/security optimization.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code, Terraform, and managing AWS resources.
• Experience designing scalable SaaS architectures in AWS.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and experience with containers and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security standards such as FedRAMP.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CloudFormation, DataDog, and full development lifecycle contributions.
