Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years in enterprise workload automation and solution architecture.
Deep hands-on mainframe experience (z/OS, Sysplex, JCL).
Proven migration and conversion project leadership.
Experience with Linux/Windows and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design of Control-M solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Define and execute migration strategies from legacy schedulers to Control-M.
Develop SOPs and repeatable migration paths.
Provide technical leadership and governance across engagements.
Mentor consultants and collaborate with Sales, Product, AI teams.
Present strategies and risks to executives.
