Job summary

Lake Trust Credit Union is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a team of developers across vendor applications and internal systems. You will guide design, development, testing and deployment in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS degree required.
• 5–6 years of related experience preferred.
• Proven ability to support a strong member/customer service culture.
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as SCRUM and JIRA Epics, Stories, Versions and Sprints.
• Experience with enterprise web services and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to a team of developers.
• Lead technology design sessions to ensure best practices.
• Offer open and honest performance feedback through reviews and 1-1s.
• Contribute to annual strategic planning with a continuous improvement mindset.
