Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, business, or related field.
8+ years delivering, supporting, or implementing enterprise software apps.
5+ years leading technical teams with a coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Application Services team, including staffing, performance management, and growth initiatives.
Oversee selection, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise software to meet business needs.
Champion Agile and iterative delivery to boost collaboration and value.
Partner with business units to assess feasibility, support testing, and enable successful solutions.
Develop and maintain application roadmaps, upgrade schedules, and technology strategies.
Evaluate emerging tech like AI and automation to improve operations and UX.
Monitor performance, drive improvements, and resolve issues and disruptions.
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, compliance, and business continuity.
