Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years in software development with leadership experience.
- Proven experience with SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum.
- Expertise in systems architecture, API design, and enterprise integrations.
- Certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, MS Developer) preferred.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and mentoring talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development and deployment of sophisticated software solutions.
- Architect scalable, secure systems and integrations.
- Mentor junior developers and peers.
- Oversee code reviews, enforce standards, ensure QA.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with leaders to align tech with strategy.
- Present updates to execs and Board; manage timelines and resources.
- Identify risks and mitigate; ensure security and regulatory compliance.
