You will drive delivery of member-facing digital experiences, internal operations, and core financial integrations, blending hands-on technical work with people leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software development leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or industry-recognized certifications as equivalent.
• Ability to present to Board of Directors and business leaders.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written and presentation skills; strategic thinking.
• Comfort with hybrid/onsite work and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers and manage the SDLC.
• Oversee design and delivery of applications using .NET technologies and relational databases.
• Ensure engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and secure development standards.
• Partner with the CIO to develop a roadmap for platform enhancements and deliver iteratively.
• Provide guidance on standards, architectural governance, and mentorship.
