Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript; object-oriented design.
• Knowledge of web technologies and databases; SQL proficiency.
• Experience leading software teams and delivering enterprise software.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS/Azure and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of MSUFCU software solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Own SDLC processes, coding standards, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and stakeholders to define requirements and timelines.
• Mentor engineers, oversee code reviews, and manage development priorities.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of enterprise applications.
