Job summary

RCT Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Developer-SME for a 200+ FTE program supporting sponsor web-based applications. You will work with a large team of developers, DevOPS, security, systems, and data engineers, with a backend emphasis on web services.

Core hours are 9 AM to 3 PM, five days a week, 40 hours. After a one-year onboarding, you will join an on-call rotation for issues after hours. We offer competitive benefits, immediate 401k vesting, generous PTO, and a $500 technology

Job description

RCT is seeking a Senior Software Developer-SME for a 200+ FTE technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Web-based applications. The Software Developer will work with a large team of developers, DevOPS engineers, security engineers, systems engineers, and data engineers. The developer will be full stack knowledgeable, but will likely be focused on technical backend work (e.g., web services).

The candidate must have 6-10 years of demonstrable developer experience with a backend emphasis. Additionally, after a one-year onboarding period, the candidate will be required to be included in an on-call, one week duty rotation that will require them to address any system issues that occur after normal working hours.

Core hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM daily, five days per week, with a forty-hour work week.
