Job summary

RCT Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Developer-SME for a 200+ FTE program supporting sponsor web-based applications. You will work with a large team of developers, DevOPS, security, systems, and data engineers, with a backend emphasis on web services.

Core hours are 9 AM to 3 PM, five days a week, 40 hours. After a one-year onboarding, you will join an on-call rotation for issues after hours. We offer competitive benefits, immediate 401k vesting, generous PTO, and a $500 technology

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of demonstrable developer experience with a backend emphasis.
• Candidate will be full-stack capable but focused on backend work (web services).
• After a one-year onboarding, candidate will join an on-call, one-week duty rotation after hours.

• Develop and maintain backend web services as part of a large technical team.
• Collaborate with DevOPS, security, systems, and data engineers to support web-based applications.
