Job summary

RCT Systems in Reston, VA seeks a senior full-stack developer to support a large federal program focused on identity and access management, authentication, entitlements, and digital policy management. You will modernize legacy systems while maintaining secure, reliable applications.

Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot and Angular/TypeScript applications, develop APIs, and design ETL workflows on AWS EC2, collaborating with development and data engineering teams in an Agile environment.

Senior full-stack developer supporting a large (200+ person) federal technical program focused on identity/access management, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and digital policy management. The job involves modernizing legacy systems while maintaining secure and reliable applications.

Core Technical Skills
