Job summary

Itineris North America is seeking a Software Demonstration Architect to collaborate with the Business Development Team and drive growth through structured demonstrations, need assessments, and RFP responses. You will translate business goals into proven results, support discovery sessions, and tailor UMAX CIS demonstrations for municipal utilities.

The role requires finance background, utility industry knowledge, and experience presenting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent utility industry experience.
• Experience in the utility or telecom industry preferred.
• Ability to understand business requirements.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Experience in public speaking and presenting.
• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Finance background.

Responsibilities

• Be the link between business and IT for finance and billing domains (GL, AP, AR).
• Provide product expertise to help the Itineris Business Development team identify and progress customer opportunities to closure.
• Translate business and functional requirements into application solutions.
• Be responsible for representing Itineris solutions to potential customers during demonstrations, conferences, seminars, etc.
• Configure UMAX processes to make sure the system works as expected for demonstrations and discovery sessions.
• Work with the sales team to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Build and maintain software environments to support presentation requirements.
• Travel, as needed
