Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an Application Design Engineer - Sales Enablement in the US to own the EAE demo portfolio, build and sustain demos, and empower sales teams with compelling technical demonstrations.

You will develop hardware/software/simulated demos, create supporting content, and drive a scalable demo strategy across the organization. Strong IT/OT convergence and IEC 61499 experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience developing software for control systems with IEC 61499/61131-3 or equivalent.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware-based, software-based, or simulated demos that showcase EAE's core value propositions.
• Own US EAE demo strategy and roadmap, align with Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Create technical materials: scripts, architecture diagrams, setup guides, videos, and FAQs.
• Train teams to use demos independently and support events and customer engagements.
• Maintain a registry of demos and coordinate with global CoE and local teams.

Education

Master/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical field
