Job summary

ThinkLabs seeks a Product Specialist to bridge electric utility-domain expertise with AI-driven product development. You will work across Product, Engineering, and Sales to support pre-sales discovery, customer workshops, demos, post-sales implementation, and ongoing product refinement.

The role requires deep utility planning knowledge, IRP/ISP, interconnection studies, and strong stakeholder communication in a fast-moving startup environment. Remote work available across US/Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years in utility planning or energy consulting.
• Strong domain knowledge of IRP/ISP, interconnection, capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer workflows and requirements into product capabilities.
• Support pre-sales discovery, workshops, scoping, and demos.
• Assist post-sales implementation and delivery activities.
