PassiveLogic, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a Software Project Manager to guide cross‑functional teams through the software delivery lifecycle and balance long‑term platform goals with near‑term releases.

You will coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and drive delivery with a focus on user experience, in a hyper‑scale AI company transforming autonomous systems and the built environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience managing software projects, programs, or product delivery.
• A technical background in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field (BS/MS or equivalent).
• Experience using project management methods (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or waterfall).
• Exceptional communication skills translating business and technical goals into clear plans and decisions.
• Organized and strategic in creating roadmaps and timelines.
• Collaborative mindset working with UI/UX, frontend, backend, sales, and customer success teams.
