PassiveLogic in Holladay, Utah is seeking a Program Manager for Autonomous Building Deployments to oversee global project execution. You will be responsible for managing quality, schedule, cost, and margin performance while ensuring collaboration among stakeholders. Candidates must possess experience in commercial building execution and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Qualifications
Proven track record managing complex commercial building project portfolios with total value exceeding $100M.
Minimum 5 years in commercial building execution roles, including electrical, mechanical, controls, facility management, or construction.
Hands-on experience deploying advanced building systems, including comparable controls and automation platforms.
Strong working knowledge of building systems integration: HVAC, electrical, controls, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments.
Responsibilities

Act as the central interface between customer stakeholders and field execution teams.
