Job summary

PassiveLogic is seeking a Technical Product Manager with buildings, HVAC, or related expertise to shape the roadmap for the world’s first autonomous building platform. You will turn domain needs into actionable engineering plans and lead multidisciplinary teams toward delivery of high-quality products.

You’ll balance long-term strategy with near-term releases, remove roadblocks, and maintain alignment across engineering, design, and product teams in a fast-growing AI company at the intersection

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program, product, or project management.
• Professional experience with buildings, HVAC, or building automation.
• Technical or engineering background with relevant degree or equivalent.
• Experience creating roadmaps and leading multidisciplinary initiatives.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and engineering execution by defining roadmaps and guiding teams.
• Apply buildings/HVAC expertise to inform product decisions and identify gaps.
• Remove roadblocks and maintain momentum with data-informed choices.
• Translate domain needs into priorities, user stories, and deliverables.
• Champion user experience with balanced feasibility and timelines.
• Support design and validate product fidelity with UI/UX and engineering.
• Create visibility by communicating plans, risks, and dependencies.
• Evaluate emerging building technologies for new capabilities.
