Job summary

PassiveLogic is the first fully autonomous platform for buildings. As a Software Project Manager you’ll guide cross-functional teams through the software delivery lifecycle, maintaining delivery plans, coordinating dependencies, and balancing long-term platform goals with near-term releases.

You’ll partner with product, design, and engineering to translate customer needs into sequenced work, track risks, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing software projects, programs, or product delivery.
• BS/MS or equivalent in CS/SE/IS or related field
• Experience using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or waterfall methods
• Exceptional communication skills translating business and technical goals into clear plans
• Organized and strategic with roadmaps and timelines
• Collaborative with UI/UX, frontend, backend, sales, and customer success
• Adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Problem solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Help software teams move forward when complexity slows progress.
• Lead software planning and execution through structured workstreams and milestones.
• Drive delivery with a focus on user experience, balancing constraints and timely delivery.
• Support design and validate readiness with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Provide visibility to plans, progress, risks, and blockers for timely decisions.
• Improve delivery with modern tools and practices and drive continuous improvement.
